  1. Interviews with the CEO and up to 3 managers to determine their ability to grow the business and provide suggestions for their growth and development.
  2. Analysis of your strategy, product and market position (1 product line only)
  3. Discussion with CEO and/or entire team to probe at apparent weaknesses that are limiting growth we identify mid-audit after steps 1 and 2.
  4. A full written report delivered at the end that includes a discussion and suggested actions for each area of the business to include marketing, sales, operations, innovation and product development, and finance.

This will be raw, unfiltered truth as we see it with radical honesty to maximize your company's growth and valuation. And set you up to attract capital and top employees too.
